Asuma (got lazy) Simple scaling from part 1-2 puts Hidan above KN0 Naruto who became a blur before sasuke got 3 tomoe Sharingan. He fought evenly with Kakashi with his Sharingan active. :/

"annihilate" wouldn't be the term i would use when he could barely manage to hold that form in the time it took for him to beat Naruto with it.
