Simple explanation:

Kakashi sees sasori's chakra strings thus making any form of sneak attack impossible.
Kakashi's sharingan will read his chakra string movements(what sakura did to his fingers) thus predicting his attacks even before 3t sharingan precognition kicks in.
Then sharingan precognition.
Can sever said chakra strings halting and cutting off sasori's attacks and abilities.

I can go into more detail if necessary but kakashi's super hard reads on him and his ability to completely cut him off should be enough.

Sasori attacks with the 3 kazekage, Kakashi uses doton mud wall, switches with a Kage bunshin, Kage bunhsin continues fighting with the 3 Kazekage.

Raikiri penetrates iron sand
with his speed he can dodge all of Sasoris attacks, keeping him busy

The original can't be tracked by sasori while being underground so he sneaks behind the latter and blitz him with his raikiri shunshin, right to the heart due to full intel.
Sasori got blitzed by sai in the war arc, no way he is able to react to Kakashi.

Kakashi low diffs Sasori even without resorting to the Mangekyo Sharingan. He is too fast and has Sharingan precognition, also is one of the best clone feint users and has Raiton nintaijutsu to smash through the puppets, so basically Sasori is not touching him. The Sharingan sees Sasori's heart, Kakashi feints him with a Raiton Kage Bunshin and then blitzes with a Raikiri from behind.

Without kamui kakashi would lose. Altough it wouldn't be an easy victory for sasori. Kakashi's speed > Sakura's and Chiyo's. He could keep dodging Sasori's atacks while atacking from long distance and create an opening for a final strike, once Kakashi getss in CQC Sasori is done, raikiri to his fake heart, but this would be almost imposible with sasori's 3rd kazekage puppet or his 100 puppets, Sasori takes this 8/10 times

Kakashi wins this, he's got better dodging technique than sakura and her control from granny. He's got more lethal ninjutsu, and he's too careful. He would spam clones and traps until he found an opening to destroy him.

One ST blasted it away, IS that was taking down a cave shold rip right through it besides, the wall only goes around 4 ways, the top is still open. Meaning he can just blast it from the top

You're making it seem like st can't blast away entire villages.

Cave walls aren't chakra infused. And if is takes the time to go around kakashi's earth wall he'll be long gone via hiding like mole or shunshin.

The wall is just a means to cut los anyways.
