That statement has been debunked so many times. Infinite Tsukuyomi which is a Genjutsu has been shown to work on ordinary cats. Unless you believe Cats have chakra then you don't need Chakra so it can affect people. Kaguya put people under genjutsu at a time where nobody had Chakra except her.

All it took was chakra arms, and comparing her power levels to the Naruto world. She is probably smarter than him too considering her battle feats. Training to kill since birth > Training to kill brother at 6+

Her destructive power is not joke, her strategic value/battle prowess is no joke, and the female badass can freeze time. So again, she one shots. If Sasuke cannot stop time from freezing, he looses.

I do not doubt it. She has immense destructive power. She is top 3 in the whole series, and considering the characters/imperial arms we have not seen yet, and she still makes the bucket list. It is a testament to her power.
