Even for the sake of argument, I agree she wouldn't get blitz'd by him, no way in hell is she ever landing a hit on him before he lands a hit on her. With that said, even by some off chance her punch landed on him, nothing would happen due to his high durability.

His SM reactions aren't fast enough without rikudou enhanced chakra to react to something naruto with Rikudou powers thought of as "too fast". The stable version was much slower.. lol.. fodders were reacting to it.. unstable version, Naruto and Sasuke had issues.

reread, Unlocking it increased her reactions, due to her focusing alot of her chakra on unlocking the seal she wasn't as strong as she is now. And yea it is...... Byakugou for Tsunade = SM for Jiraiya = Zetsu body for Oro ......

3rd Raikage takes this with low difficulty.

He's incredibly durable so a punch to the ground does zero damage. 3rd Raikage's striking speed is so fast that he creates shockwaves so it is well above the speed of Sakura's punches especially when he physically stronger than her so he can swing his arm faster than her. His nukite tears through her limbs pretty easily and then cuts her head off. Black lightning can be used to electrocute Katsuyu or Sakura herself thus paralysing her.
