I'm not talking about that pity seals mortal. He had all the power in the world, yet what did he do ? He chose to waste everything for that worthless idea of a Ninshu. He could rule the world with that power, and he throw all away for hope. There is no such a thing, I made sure of that.

How are you so sure about that? The only thing that went back to hagoromo is the seal of his mother, nothing else suggest that he recovered some of his powers, remember he asked the kages to help them to summon back naruto and sasuke.

He can't fight them because he's dead that's why he gave his body/eye powers to both naruto and sasuke.

But Sasuke didn't lose his rinnegan.

So they may still have the Yin and Yang power ups , but they can't make the 6 paths CT anymore.

Even if he did give all of his chakra away, he wouldn't be fodder forever...all he has to do is go to the pure world to be instantly recharged.

His chakra is infinite because he's immortal so he gave never gave half of anything. He just gave dojutsu power to Sasuke and body power to Naruto. Yin and Yang chakra were given to both of them it wasn't divided in two. The only thing divided in two was the seal.
