Hagoromo gave his power half to Sasuke and half to Naruto plus he also gave them yin and yang seal.

Does Hagoromo still retained all of his power or his power is inside Naruto and Sasuke forever?

Because when members here said Naruto and Sasuke got half of Hagoromo power, its sound like Hagoromo give them all of his power, if not all I will say about 80% of his power. Thats mean Hagoromo power just left about 20%.

Is that right?

You could say each got a half since the eye power and the body power make up for complete Hagoromo's power, which incidentally, was inherited by Indra and Ashura. Also, it seems it's left in them forever. The Last is an exception for Naruto.

The Seals disappeared after they caught Kaguya​

OH, You definition of half as both side got fair share of ability from Hagoromo(eye and body)but not Hagoromo own power/chakra.

Because Sasuke recieved Rinnegan and yin seal, you called it half of Hagoromo power same as Naruto. Thats mean this is not about power or chakra but more about when they combined their power it equal to Hagoromo. Like that?

I just give Hagoromo some room to breath. If I said all of his power he will become fodder because his power no more. But that not the case as he can summon previous Kage and sent them back to pure world.

You may take the one that makes more sense to you and the easier one to understand. When they sealed kaguya, the seals to deal with kaguya disappeared but they kept their power ups if not then sasuke wouldn't be able to keep his rinnegan nor naruto wouldn't be able to keep his RSM.

Hagoromo = Sun + Moon. He gives his powers to Naruto and Sasuke.

Moon = Sasuke

Sun = Naruto

Without Sun and Moon, Hagoromo gets extremely weakened.

He asks for the Edo Hokages Chakra to penetrate Kaguya's Dimensions.

Kaguya gets sealed = Hagoromo gets Sun and Moon back and his power is restored.
