Nobody expect this to happen and nobody expected somebody to posses that kind of power in Naruto so it was Jaw Dropping when it happened. To me that Moments was like a God Passing judgement

Obito Becomes Tobi

The signifying Moment where Obito becomes the Mastermind Tobi and he starts it by Slaughtering every Mist Ninja on the battlefield.

Madara brings out the Perfect Susano'o

When we think the Five Kage have won, Madara shows them the difference in power between him and them by Bring out the Perfect Susano'o.

Itachi Brings out the Susano'o for the First time in the Series

I arrived a little late for Pain destroying Konoha.

The epic ones for me were:
The return of Obito Uchiha and Tobi's identity reveal.
Resurrection of the past Hokages.
Sasuke deciding to join the Alliance.
Sakura's power-up.
Sasuke and Naruto's revival. Sasuke's rinnegan, and Naruto's version of Rikudou mode (with new weapons!).
Sasuke conceding, being relieved about it. Sasuke forehead-booping. That's when I was sure angsty Sasuke was finally dead once and for all.
