[Discussion] Togashi thought process during hiatus

Hunter x Hunter is amazing, like really thought out.

Do you think its because Togashi usually doesnt release chapters every week and gives himself time to do each one unlike like Kishi or Kubo who constantly put out chapters every week?

Does he think about the story constantly while on his breaks?

Well, I don't think he thinks about HxH constantly but yeah it's quite clear that he puts a lot of thought into HxH during his hiatuses. The past 9 chapters of HxH's Dark Continent Expedition arc is a prime example of that. Those chapters take quite a long time to read through and fully process/understand and there's so many subplots.

All i know is, when he comes back, He better put out some amazing content also like chapters every week

He wrote every arc until greed island without hiatus. If he can write Yorknew arc in one go then it's obvious that he doesn't need breaks to write amazing arcs.
Tho the breaks were needed to plan out the palace invasion and multiple plotlines of the Dark continent.

Well i find that he is a great artist
When i think about the Chimera Ant Arc i must really say brilliant also unlike Kubo and Kishimoto he cares about the side characters and dont forget about them
