1. Law isn't out for good.
2. Law may of actually been able to injure Doflamingo
3. Law's injection shot may have a side-effect

The fact that Law helped out already doesn't make this a solo fight for Luffy. If Luffy does defeat Doflamingo, which I'm positive that he will it doesn't mean he's stronger than him.
