A couple of questions regarding Sasuke

In the image above, it states Sasuke can't cast and absorb jutsu simultaneously since his Rinnegan is new(?). I've never read the 4th databook on Sasuke but does it states anything about the timetable on this? Is this something that would just "happen" one morning when he wakes up?

In spite of owning Itachi's holy eyes of solo, what power did Sasuke acquire from the transplant other than eternal light?

I mean, he does walks out the cave with a new Susanoo.

But its a susanoo that is never used vs SM Kabuto(I believe?) or once he joins the war.

There's no payoff to this susanoo.

This Susanoo's sole purpose was to deep fry some random Zetsu.

What did Itachi's eyes exactly enhance? What eye techniques is that pedophile taking about? I haven't seen any of them. He didn't even get Itachi's Tsukiownedme.


Is this something Kishi disregarded altogether like Madara's missing MS techniques?

This was a misconception on the part of many people. What itachi meant by a new dojutsu was EMS not a new MS technique.

The only thing the EMS grants is an enhancement of existing techniques and eternal light

In a plotless fight, Madara should win mid-high difficulty. I don't believe Madara would ever neg Sasuke ever since he got that freebie from the So6P. It is what it is but please, no character bashing. U_U

Not sure what you mean on first part on rinnegan. Best that can be said is that Sasuke could do it with a mastered rinnegan.

As for the eyes. I believe having EMS, gives the owner more chakra(power) to create and stabilize PS, alongside whatever attributes extra chakra gives.

I know but Sasuke is a main char and doesn't even showcase his strongest abilities against the strong opponents. That's just not right lel. Like fighting not to kill just after getting EMS and showing his best susanoo only against zetsus. So much troll in the war arc.

A Susanoo with no payoff whatsoever. I got the eternal light stuff already but its just that and a Susanoo he never used.

His Amaterasu didn't get enhanced. His ability to control the black flames didn't change.

His Genjutsu is still a base Sharingan Genjutsu. IDK maybe that's more powerful but we never get to really see the fruits of EMS genjutsu.

Maybe, however wouldn't that be because he simply acquired ems. That likely wouldn't be any different is the eyes Sasuke acquire was for example Shisui's.

Obito is a creepy character. I got to hand it to Kishi on that one. He over achieved on Adult Obito. U_U

Well for starters itachi had givin sasuke the black flame technique before he activated ms. So that he can kill obito once seeing his sharingan. But im sure sasuke has most of itachies eye techniques he just has to learn to use them. Remember his sharingan was just two-three days old during and after the war.
It also most likely enhanced his gen-justu and other basic abilitys he had like his ability to foreshadow attacks. Also his moves, and chakra level & reserves
