Manga Editing In Photoshop?

Does anyone know how to color and shade manga photos in Photoshop, I tried watching a tutorial but It never works i watched a tutorial over and over like 10 times and it wouldnt work,

Photoshop is so confusing theres stuff everywhere its really frustrating

That's why I don't use it, I use apps.pixlr when it comes to manga avatars. But yu could try tutorials.

Simplest way would be to put a new layer above the scan you want to colour and set it to "Multiply". I've done it other ways though.
