In my opinion, Konan would be the best partner one could muster. She have everything that should be valuable on a partner: loyalty, kindness (Jiraiya's quote about her comes to mind) but serious and focused when the situation called for it. She is also a survivor, passing trought several hardships and kept going, never giving up on the ones she cared about (Nagato)
Plus she is beatiful with class, whitout being a sl*t
