I beg to differ, all it requires is for Ma&Pa to speak, certainly not that time consuming, nor would iit be hard to do, when jiraiya can use summons to prevent him from coming close

and with mu using light weight on the 3rd Raikage, jiraiya would get blitzed with easy

muu would need to become visible in-order to use lightweight technique, which leaves him vulnerable to amaterasu
jiraiya hides himself inside a toads belly, helping him restrain the raikage which allows itachi to finish him off
