My Rose boy, Vista, is the strongest swordsman bar none. Zoro and Mihawk don't even compare, let alone his fabulous mustache.

Pretty sure Yoru is one. Shodai Kitetsu has been introduced as one too(although not seen yet)

I guess but probably Oda was just reserving this for the best of the bests. After all, since they are the most famous blade, it's not like every swordsman should be capable to wield them. Probably we'll get to see more and more, the more we will travel in the New World. Maybe even Cavendish is one of them who knows? All what we know is that it is a meito, but we don't know the category(although the fact that it slightly bent infront of Chinjao's head suggest it's not a high quality one). Considering Oda prepared Wano since Thriller Bark saga, maybe it would be the time. I suppose we can only wait and see though

Cavendish's sword, Durandal, is based on a famous sword so it is safe to assume it is at least one of the 21 O Wazamono grade swords. His sword bent because Cavendish isn't as strong as Chinjao.

Not that I know that much about swords, but I am pretty positive that this type of sword can bend quite easily when thrusting. Different fighting style compared to katanas, one could say.
