How so? I mean, Bansho Tenin plus human path deal s quickly with the Edo Tensei, shared vision + ST avoid any sneak attack with Hiraishin...

He's got genius level intellect (useful to figure out how to fight Pein and outsmart him), uses Shadow Clones (useful for several reasons, notably against Deva Path), has massive firepower (ET + Tandem Explosive Tags, useful against Preta Path) and is capable of easily catch Pein's Paths off guard with FTG.
These are very good requirements and we saw how he operated on a very high level during the war even though he wasn't at full power. The bigger problems are (as usual) Deva Path and Preta Path, but he's got ways to deal with them and i positive he could succeed.

Edo is dealt with a bansho tenin followed by Human path, and their linked visions can dealt with Any sneak attack from Hiraishin... One simples ST deals with Any Kage Bunshin and can deal significant damage to Tobirama (broke all the bones of three boss summons)
Kakashi has one of the best strategic minds of NV and lost to two paths with external help.

Without exploding once first? I highly doubt that. Deva Path would able to protect himself, but the other Paths would be vulnerable. Naraka Path would be safe behind Deva Path and able to restore the others, but Tobirama doesn't have to limit himself to the basic and simply summon the corpse then make it explode.
This is where i think intelligence would play a role. The way Tobirama uses his abilities could win or cost him the match.

True, but he doesn't have to act like Naruto back in the day. It would be foolish to make a hundred shadow clones and then simply charge forward. That's not how Tobirama acts at all.
Shadow Clones would be useful to set up traps, to even up the numbers, to gain intel, to aid with FTG... the usual. Not to overwhelm.

Kakashi has one of the best strategic minds of NV and lost to two paths with external help.

Intelligence is just one of many factors. Kakashi got easily dealt with because he wasn't powerful enough and got completely outclassed.
