Rasengan is the "epitome" of shape manipulation. Shape manipulation is an advanced form of chakra control. Not the best/most versatile though, therefore there could also be other advanced forms.

That's like me saying:
Chocolate Chip cookies are the best cookies. Cookies are very tasty food. That doesn't mean it's the only tasty food.

What do you mean it does not prove anything? It was stated that Rasengan is the epitome of shape manipulation, which is an advanced form of chakra control itself.

The fact of learning how to apply elemental nature to Rasengan is the best feat of a master in that category itself.

As I said, Sakura and Tsunade can control all of their chakra in their body.... Sakura was able to focus on 1 single point in her body with chakra over 3 years... Something elite medical ninja like Shizune can't do..

Sakura has also been able to use Chakra on a cellular level when taking out the poison.. requiring extreme control.

So again, Naruto is not the best, he was never meant to be the best.. nor has he been stated to be the best.

uh no it doesn't.... You put Sakura or Tsunade in that same spot as Naruto and Jiraiya.. and they will learn SM. One of the biggest complain I have with kishimoto is that he gave Sakura the ability to learn alot of jutsus aka Extreme chakra control.... yet he made her stick to medical ninjutsu only.


Unless you want me to start counting Susanoo as chakra controll....


As far as sheer potential to learn jutsus goes.. Sakura > Sasuke and Naruto (not counting the ones SAsuke and Naruto get automatically from their powers)

Tsunade/Mito: The top/top2nd medical ninja of all time.. learned it. Probably the strongest Uzumaki of her time... and the one who had the Kyuubi sealed inside of her learned it.. AND ONLY PEOPLE TO LEARN IT AFTER HER... were Sakura and Tsunade

Furthemore, Byakugou is called epitome of chakra control, in the manga and the databook....Shape manipulation and etc all fall under chakra control.. and Byakugou is its epitome.

Also, databook states: "It can be said that its the acme of change of chakra form. "

^^^ The can be taken as a fact, if it wasn't derived from the statement of just Jiraiya. Similar to how Kishimoto added "Hiruzen the strongest hokagE" in databook 1, because of what Iruka stated.. and then left it out in the third, when Hashirama was introduced with his hype.

All the skilled ninja who we know of , who tried SM got it.... who knows if others were even on Jiraiya's level or not.


The mere fact Byakugou was introduced later on for Sakura, should tell us which one is the hardest one to learn.



PS: Naruto is my number 1 fav character, but I don't believe its right to make him into something he is not.

When Naruto and Sasuke can control all of their chakra in their body.. then you can make a good argument on who is better.. but they can't do that.
