Which Anti-Virus do you recommend ?

I use Spy-bot search and destroy for a back up....it doesn't crowd your pc. Norton is good

Norton is too resource hungry.

Avast!, Bitdefender, Antivir and Panda are the best. Avast is the best all-rounder though; has detection rates of up to 100% in tests and doesn't compromise performance much.

Inb4 noobs say Microsoft Security Essentials or AVG.

Ermm, I have to agree what this guy said. Avast doesn't take up too many resources, but I would also look into some youtube tutorials how to keep your PC 100% safe.
