Vex would enter mid range, and smile confidently at Yoanna. She was his fellow villager, but he wouldn't allow himself to hold back. Not fighting at full strength is an insult to both fighters. Thus, Vex would grasp a kunai within his right hand, and throw it at Yoanna. At the same instant, his left hand would flick forward releasing two horizontal wind blades. One of which would fly high above Yoanna, seemingly not aimed at her. The other would attempt to bisect her from the abdomen. If it hit, the wind blade would do cutting damage, and cause a lot of bleeding. Although translucent in nature it wouldn't be too hard to spot.

A rather calm day was it. A battle expecting her. It was in the midst of a rather grassy terrain with a breeze of wind every now and then whipping off everything it so comes across. Opposite to her not so manly of a figure. Blond hair persona. On his right eye a scar. One can only wonder from where it comes. Perhaps he was born with such or perhaps it was from a harsh fight he so went through. Although she was tough she never did try not to rely on her looks. They were always what got man drooling for her. And so she used them yet once again. Taking off a kimono which was enveloping as well as hiding her so magnificent figure she was ready to battle. A bite to her lower lip as her opponent so sent forth two translucent blades. The move rather blunt in her opinion. She was wasting no time. Gathering fire chakra into her upper body before releasing it from her mouth causing a highly condensed fire ball as to hover towards her target.

The fire would pick up wind blades that were flying towards her and continue on towards the man as she ''simultaneously'' creates a small pillar of earth beneath him. The pillar angled in a manner as to push Vex flying towards fire ball as he gains momentum and thus makes it harder to defend.

This allows the user to manipulate the sheets of paper directly from the terrain itself to perform various jutsus. However this jutsu can't be used to attack the opponent directly.

As the fire rampages towards Vex, he'd simply release a wave of water from his right palm. The water would clash with the fire creating an extremely thick steam from which Yoanna and Vex would lose sight of each other. Quite regrettably to be honest, since she had just removed her Kimono >.>.
Regardless, as the steam obscures our vision, Vex would notice the ground forming into an earthern pillar. The pillar being angled to launch him forward. Thus, Vex would use it as a stepping stone of sorts. He'd use it to launch himself up and forwards at terrific speed. And as he becomes air borne, he releases a gigantic blast of wind from his back. The wind propels him at such a speed that he'd reach Yoanna within a blink of an eye. Seemingly exploding from within the steam like a cannon firing. And as he does so, he'd raise upwards his right knee which would attempt to connect with her chin dealing some damage if it hit, and sending her flying back into mid range. Bruised and battered perhaps, but still able to fight.
"Is this exciting enough or should I kick it up another notch?"
Vex would say, a cocky smile playing upon his lips.

Description: The user applies the basic principles of the Nine Arts Dragon but on an advanced and much more chakra taxing level. Building off the basic usages of Whisper Origin Thrust the user can release bursts of wind at any time from any point on their body with varying usages. The technique can be used to evade physical attacks or to propel themselves at incredible speed in any direction be it forwards, backwards, left, right, or up. Of course, as with the basic technique, the user must use this technique again to change their direction. Unlike the original technique, this version if far stronger and far more deadly when used offensively. To begin with, this technique happens much faster than the previous iteration. The speed at which the bursts of wind carry the user occur in the blink of an eye (a non-enhanced eye). The user can control the amount of wind released and depending on their use will utilize stable wind or incredible bursts of wind that are unstable but very powerful. For example, if the user wishes to evade an attack they can simply use this technique to throw themselves into the air or backwards in the blink of an eye with an incredible burst of wind that is unstable. While unstable the user will be carried off to safety at a far distance. Similarly the user can use the wind bursts in close quarters combat similarly with how they do with other Nine Arts Dragon techniques. This can cause a punch, which is normally traceable with the naked eye, to happen in the blink of an eye. The damage of course is much deadlier and can cause very severe injuries if the opponent doesn't counter it properly. The technique is incredibly versatile and allows the user very powerful methods of evasion, attack, and other uses. Additionally, the user can simply release large bursts of wind from their body at any point. These are unfocused blasts of wind that can carry off debris and other objects as well as simply throw an opponent off balance and carry them away. This however, requires the user stand perfectly still making it dangerous to use in close range. If the user does not stand perfectly still when releasing these huge blasts of unfocused wind they run the risk of being blown back themselves and causing severe damage to their own body. The possible uses for this technique are up to the user’s own imagination and limitations.

The steam as a blanket covered the battlefield around Yoanna and her opponent due to the clash of the two elements. It was quite thick, hence not allowing anything within its range to be clearly visible. Only black shadows which are or darker or lighter colour depending on the distance from her original position.
However as a black shadow of sorts in mere moments went from almost invisible to quite a dark colour the paper which was previously released into the ground started to emerge. Yoanna couldn't quite know what is it behind the steam and what was coming towards her. It must be a solid entity of sorts due to the type of trace it gave. It was rather enigmatic. And so she decided to go with something which was rather fast. Releasing a vortex of electricity around herself as to protect her in form of a dragon head that would if Vex so continued with his attack make quite a damage to him.
