Mei one shots Sasori in Hiruko with lava release.

As for how she beats Sasori, acid mist fills up the cave, rendering him unable to manipulate chakra strings so his puppetry becomes useless. Iron sand also requires the manipulation of 3rd Kazekage which can only be done via chakra strings IIRC and not telepathically.

Hebi Sasuke can win as well. KidGamer's argument with you convinced me.
