Sasuke is calm and has full intel on any of Obito's abilities, including Kamui. Obito wants to kill him for good, of consequence he will use BFR as a last resort if there's nothing he can do to kill Sasuke. Who wins?

It depends if Sasuke can react to Obito teleporting behind him in time, if he can, then there is literally no way Obito is doing anything to him, as he can use Nagashi to paralyze Obito if he tries to warp Sasuke (though that is only a physical paralysis, and would probably have no effect on the activation of Kamui's intangibility), so, either Sasuke finishes Obito off while he's paralyzed, or this comes down to attrition, which is debatable, considering we've never seen either of them reaching their limits, but I'd side with Obito.

True, but that wouldn't help Sasuke, as Obito wouldn't attempt to warp him away if he knows that he can't get past Sasuke's defense without killing himself, so this would probably end with Sasuke getting outlasted, however, if Sasuke uses Susano'o, and Obito warps inside it, then, if Sasuke can react to him warping behind, then he can effectively counter attack, otherwise, he can't hurt Obito at all.

Probably, but I still don't see him pressuring Obito in CQC for five mins straight.

Obito outlasts him so I guess Obito wins with high difficulty. Though Sasuke is definitely the superior/stronger/higher level shinobi out of the two.
