We actually don't know the extent of Gildarts Power.Sure Bluenote would have become stronger but I doubt he is in Gildarts level.well!There are hardly any manga feats except hype.I hope hiro sensei will give some importance to Gildarts in future arcs.FT has very long way to go.

Considering that both are old geezer, I doubt they got stronger in their years.

I could see Bluenote being stronger, if he become demon, or something like that, but under normal condition I doubt.

But even if he did, I also doubt he would be stronger (strong as) than one of the Fairy Tail's main stars.
