if oda said: Zoro was the armament haki specialist
which means he can cut luffy and the last chapter he said "there is nothing i cannot cut"

Why doesn't oda make it clear that luffy is stronger than zoro ?

it's almost like he says they're equal


I think they're equal to be honest. I know the base have a lot of luffy fappers zo calm down and explain why
luffy is stronger. Zoro goal is to be the strongest sword man and luffy is to be pirate king ,does pirate king means
you've to be the strongest ?

The manga and Oda are constantly telling you that Luffy is in fact the strongest Straw Hat, and Oda never said Luffy's Armament Haki is weaker than Zoro's, he simply said that Luffy invested more time and specialised in CoC

Sorry, not sure how, but Conquers Haki seems to be the Haki that everyone fears the most. I know that it knocks out weak ppl, but ther is also Luffy repelling Monet's cold and the Clash between him and Chinjao which created a bunch of lightning. It might increase ones attack power, but no one really knows

Anyway Luffy knows how to handle swords and luffy is better at CoO. That with the addition of Luffy's speed puts him on top imo

Above all though, Luffy is the one that takes on the strongest opponents while Zoro takes the second strongest. Like in the instance with Lucci Zoro knew that Luffy was the only one that could take him

I admit that you are right about Zoro not being able to beat Luffy. Zoro is being a part of Luffy's crew because he owes his life to Luffy and later he made strong bonds with crew members which is why he's being a part of this crew. It has nothing to with Luffy being stronger than him. There are times when Zoro followed Luffy when they are clearly equal to each other.
