It's not really a mental disorder, it's just how their Dojutsu awakens. I attribute that to the fact that it comes from the Jubi, which is comprised of a God Tree, and a psycho woman

There is clearly stated that once with the Sharingan awakening, the hate grows also stronger and change the person in cause.

So obviously, this occurrence have some psychological repercussions as well....

I agree this thing is mostly due to the Juubi influence on their genes though....

That doesn't mean that they have a mental disorder, it just means that they become more emotional, and it's not hatred, it's their love that grows stronger, and the more they love, the stronger they hate when they lose that love

You realize that when I said "mental disorder" it was more as a way of speaking and not 100% literal, since I'm not a psychiatrist and don't know exactly from what point on the diagnosis is officially made.

The certain thing is, very strong and unstable emotions can be categorized as a mental disorder.

Lol, Gaara sand is enough to negate Susanoo. Karin shits on Susanoo so Indra's Arrow definitely shits on Yata. It's like saying Itachi can guard himself against a meteor shower. Yata only blocks anything weaker than Itachi.

It's not the hate that grows stronger but the emotions. The good Uchihas were extremely passionate and devoted. The problem is that they all suffer bi-polar disorder because of the power of their chakra so that passion can quickly turn into hate.
