I remember Sasuke saving Karin too, does that mean he loves her as well ? Him saving her doesn't only leads to conclusion to love, there are many other possibilities.
-He knows she is a medic ninja so she could be useful.

And he couldn't let himself love her because people would use her to get through him (like Danzo did with Karin, but unlike Karin,they would try her, but get shanaroo'd in the process), and it would destroy her as well (having to go against her friends, sensei, and family , all for love). He was trying so hard to get her to hate him, for real she is probably most of the reason her changed, because she never gave up.
