Zoro only named it as "Santoryuu Ougi... Sanzen Sekai"
So the statement he used in the current chapter is not Bluff, right?
Means he can cut anything in this Pirate World even Haki infused attacks unless the Haki level is lower than Zoro.
But what exactly would be Zoro's Haki Level?
We just saw him using the attack on an executive without breaking a sweat.
( I was amazed by that.. )
So, does that mean, Zoro can cut through ocean which will have an effect for an interval and then the ocean regains the shape back?
