A disease free Itachi can still beat PS and Rinnegan Sasuke in a 1v1. Raw Power isn't everything.

Itachi is still better in intelligence, experience, knowledge, genjutsu and is far more skillful in taijutsu and kenjutsu. The only thing Sasuke has better than Itachi is the PS and teleportation [thanks to Itachi's eye U_U ] but even so it won't be able to beat a shinobi of Itachi's caliber.

Itachi Uchiha has the true Ocular Powers that not even Madara possess, he's clearly different.

Sasuke may pack more raw power than Itachi but in a 1v1 he won't be able to win against Itachi. For that to happen he needs to show much more than he has. U_U Itachi can counter the entirety of Sasuke's arsenal but Sasuke can't counter Itachi's.

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer.
