From what?Seeing a tree.2nd was dead before Minato learned his alphabets, if i am not wrong.

I doubt the scroll had Hiraishin in it.I don't think it's a kinjustu.

Almost all ninja use summoning,then you'd have people FTGing everywhere.
The basic concepts behind both technique i.e they both manipulate the space time continuum is same that's all.That's what the wiki says too.
However FTG is way too complex as the saying goes.

He was already fast. He most likely figured out how to use it after learning uzumaki sealing jutsu. It probably requires high chakra reserve, hense why it takes 3 of his body gaurds to use it.

In the talk between Naruto and Kushina, she mentions she showed Minato her clan's seals. So I'm assuming he created it with Kushina's intel on seals.

It's possible that Minato learned of Tobirama's use of a teleportation technique from history, and using his knowledge of seals, was able to replicate the technique to suit his fighting style. Also, Jiraiya could have been able to get access to the Scroll of Forbidden seals due to him being Hiruzen's student, assuming the technique is even there in the first place.
