since sasuke needed to use all the bijuu to match the rsm power up it means they really were equal. apparently if the bijuu dont agree with giving you their power it gets weaker but if they willingly give it to you its stronger (which still makes no sense but it seems to be kishi logic)

so the question is.. whos stronger now?? a sasuke who mastered his rinnegan or a hokage naruto that does paperwork all day and dreams about having a 4some with tsunade, sakura, and hinata.
