Bound and Monsterous
(Zoro was tied up and refered to as a monster, Chopper was tied to a sliegh and was also called a monster) Fighting lady and infamous
(the first time we see Nami and Robin they are doing what they do best (Weather, assassinations) and they are bieng called a witch or something along those lines) Zanny and Underground
(The first time we see franky he is a mob boss and wearing a mask and no pants. Usopp is running lying around making everyone hate him.) Poised and Scary
(Both Sanji and brook start out in suits and they both do something to show they are threatening. Sanji beats up fullbody to a pulp and Brook brings a haunted ship_
And they all get to do this with a whole chapter highlighting these aspects about them that includes luffy in that chapter more than anyother characters.
So if we see someone tied up and being hunted by the straw hats (Kinemon Momo Trapped in a lab or bound to a dragon one being a dragon or the other one being apart of a dragon I.E monsters or Jimbei who was tied up in impel down and then reffered to as a monster)
We can include them in more disscussions about them being the first to join in the new world.
And after that person joins we should be waiting for a chapter who highlights a female doing sometihng way better than she should be compared to normal people and being reffered to a witch and also interacting with luffy more than any other person we can inferre this might be the next woman to join

Nami and Usopp - Both relie on their weapons to fight. They both use natural forces to attack their oppenents. They both are good against flying enemies and running enemies.
However three arent match up at all. Franky being a Fighter that uses hidden weapons on his body. Sanji is a brawler that uses fire to enhance his kicks. A dedicated martial artist and follows a strict code. (Mostly just not hitting girls). Chopper is a zoan that fights using transformations. He is small and decivingly strong for his adorable frame.
With this we can fill in the bubbles.
We have 2 people promised a spot as a crew members if they get the chance. And one named devil fruit that should be in the Straw hats based on the second pattern. And we also need a coward. And we need a woman.
So with this we have a total of three candidates.

He fits all the patterns. We found him first in a jail where Iva mentioned his savagery and Advised Luffy to not let him out.
This fills the pattern of the way we met the first of each sea. A Secluded location and being feared. He would be Sanji's fighting style counter part. He is a dedicated martial artist even pointing out that hody's quick power was just a lie. He even further offsets Black leg by using water to enhance his attacks. He is a quick swimmer again similar to Sanji's fighting ability.
He has expressed his dreams to bring Fishmen and Humans together.
He was offered a position and said he would join but wasn't numbered. He is a very capable helmsman Show in the Impel down arc a position that the straw hats have yet to have filled.

Second let me point out the attitude that the straw hats had at the end of the arc they were all crying. Even that dirt bag Four swords zoro thought about kidnapping her. And the straw hats tend not to make mistakes twice.
