It's actually quite simple. RSM>rinnengan.

What sasuke had was equivalent to a rinnegan user having the gedo mazo with 9 bijuu chakra at his disposal, this is different from having the juubi (hence why the juubi would win against all 9 bijuu put together)

Naruto on the other hand has a form that is similar to that of the jinchuriki of the juubi, it makes sense that he is able to match sasuke. What naruto had at his disposal was of a higher quality than sasuke, this is why sasuke needed such massive amounts of chakra to equal him.

He has enough time in desert to getting used to it.
Naruto trained hardly for that Sage tech. But keep in mind that how the clones work. He summon billion of them during the war, ofc after a clone dies, it return all the experience/chakra leftover back to naruto.

You do know that Sasuke have a higher quality chakra than Naruto? Naruto just have large quantity supply of chakra with fast recovery rate.
