the straw hats have all their devil fruits representing numbers anyone who needs this explained more can just google it but all the numbers that are represented end as followed

Cause we have 0,2,9 all available

and all of these numbers when turned into romanized sounds and then translated back into words in english both seem big enough to use as fruits in themselves due to fruits all having two sylables and then repeating itself (go-Mu go-Mu) As well as having a meaning in themselves.

2 can be turned into lid(futa) which would make
futa futa no me the lid fruit.
0 can be turrned into Meru which is tranlsated into Mel meaning because i
meru meru no mi -> cause and reaction fruit.
As well as 9 being formed into koko translated meaning here
koko koko -> the location fruit

So if we normally need 2 numbers represented by fruits we can assume that at minuim if 29 or 09 or 02 are used then we have the option of the un-used digit to from a fruit in itself

Have no idea what the powers of these fruits could be I am just saying if we get another df user he/she isn't theorically the last.

The straw hats all have numbers assigned to their devil fruits confirmed by oda. Its japanese play on words using the numbers 0-10
Luffy→ Gomu Gomu→ rubber→ 5(go) 6(mu)→ 5656
Chopper→ hito hito→ human→1(hi) 10(to)→ 110110
Robin→ Hana Hana→ flower→ 8(ha) 7(na)→ 8787
Brooke→ yomi yomi→ revival/ afterworld→ 4(yo) 3(mi)→4343

and we are missing a few of those numbers so there was an SBS that spawned a few hundred theories

and this basically is me stating that (without this back drop ofc I forget that some people don't know taht the straw hats have like a gabillion patterns in them) if we were to get another devil fruit user we have 3 possibilities at max and at minium 2 possibilites

Because if we use one number for each fruit then we have three fruits
and if we use 2 numbers in a fruit we have 1 left over and since all three of these fruits can be turned into their own fruit even if we use 2 digits for the first we have a possible second.
