evry naruto fan on the base seems to agree with this notion that naruto and sasuke are only equal when saskue uses bijuu chakara but their forgetting a huge thing... Naruto will always have bijju chakara thats what makes him special he knows best how to utilize bijuu chakara naruto as soon as he was revived with the sages power became a psudeo jubbi jin!!! Which means sasuke will always have to fight against a jubbi jin if he's against naruto..people get all angry because sasuke used the bijuus but naruto has not ever had a fight in this entire series where he didnt use bijuu chakara... Sasuke is a true owner of the rinngean and has acess to all its abilites but if their were no bijuus around in vote2 sasuke could have just taken narutos own chakara thus weakening him and powering up at the same time rinngean shift plus preta path = half narutos chakara gone just look at what nagato a false owner of the rinnegan did to bees v2 bijuu cloak gone in half a second.

At the end of the day when alls said and done sasuke used his own power to equal narutos preta path gives sasuke an advantage if this fight has no plot and naruto has never stood up after a fight with sasuke whereas sasuke stood over naruto in victory at the academy, vote 1 , orochimarus hideout and in vote 2 it was a physical stalemate. Plus sasuke had to place nine tailed beasts in genjustu then used 9 simaultaneous chibaku tensei which both take hugeeeeeeee amounts of chakra . Pure manga facts people.. Go ahead prove what i said in this post is wrong btw i believe naruto = sasuke not sasuke > naruto but with no plot restrictions and full rinnegan mastery sasuke is debatably stronger and more versatile than naruto jus saying

You do realize that Sasuke hasn't had his "own power" since like forever ago? Itachi lost the fight on purpose to give Sasuke MS and on top of that he used his brothers eyes for EMS, and the Sage gave him added power. That hardly sounds like using his own power to fight whomever.

In Naruto's case, you can say he used bijuu chakra in almost every fight (his fight with Pain was basically him only in SM the whole fight, and his Kyuubi form didn't really accomplish anything except destroying stuff, which he eventually became normal again and beat him without Kurama's chakra). Although his character is him and the fox together. They're basically essential organs that need each other to live and this has been established from the start when he was born and had the fox placed in him.

It's fair to say both are equals because they've both been handed down things and that's fact.

Whenever they fight Kishimoto will always find ways to put them on even ground. VoTE 1 is a perfect example of this. Every time Naruto powered up Sasuke responded in kind. At Vote 2 Sasuke was behind in power aspect so he took in Bijuu chakra.

Sasuke was stronger than Naruto then so Kishi came up with the unheard of notion of taking in nature energy as chakra???

If Naruto and Sasuke fight straight up with out any newly acquired power ups they will be around equal. Just becuz of manga rules.
