I'm not questioning Mokuton's advantage over Bijuu chakra. But saying just because Hashirama has mokuton leaves Naruto only with SM isn't making any sense either.
Naruto has pretty good chance with aerial attacks with Toad support. Hashirama has no method to stop Giant FRS, he failed to stop a similar Susano Blade mixed TBB and forced to redirect it with Rashomon summoning. But Rashomon is a ground defence, if Naruto attacks from the sky it is uneffective.
