We already saw that his arm has something strange going on. He removed Toneri's orb from Hinata and with said arm oneshotted someone in Tenseigan Chakra Mode. Point is it doesn't. Kurama can only remotely dream to be on the same level as Hagoromo's chakra. RSM Naruto without cloak, was said to "far surpass" Kurama Mode. The fact he was pressuring someone that was good ahead Juubito, who in turn could have turned BSM Naruto into a paste if serious, show the difference made by emporing someone with Rikudou Chakra. Then we also have Kakashi that turned from fodder to god tier with a very small quantity of said chakra so... yeah, no matter how much Kuramas, they don't close any gap between RG Sasuke and BSM Naruto. I'm still not factoring that this is THE LAST Sasuke, and judging by his Chidori being hill-small mountain buster, he has gotten quite a nice powerup.
Exactly. The last naruto beat tonrei in ksm mode. Apply the bm multiplier and the large amounts of senjutsu and he should comfortably be on par or superior to a rinne sauce without bijuu.
But that again is speculation, and i'm assuming Sasuke will get affected by PIS like before and let Naruto absorb a shitload of chakra. Bet he doesn't want a Chou Odama Bijuu RS up his ass this time.
