This is bs , never has it stated that tsunade does half of the stuff she does because of her heritage. Regeneration is the only the that shorten ones life span. I'm going against sasuke's speculation. Since those that have access to superior eyes and superior chakra didn't gain the immortality he assumed he can achieve.

Madara, Kaguya, and (if he had the Holy Tree) Hagoromo were immortal. I do agree though that Sasuke probably wouldn't be able to find a way without the tailed beasts in his possession. The only possible methods are for him to latch on to the Demonic Statue forever or leave his Rinnegan to his would-have-been reincarnation so that he could be revived or something of the sort.
