I'm going against sasuke's speculation. Since those that have access to superior eyes and superior chakra didn't gain the immortality he assumed he can achieve.

He knows that he has immortality in his hands. It was only one of his options too.
If it was speculation then he wouldn't have mentioned reincarnation.

my opinion dosen't matter, much like how sasuke's opinion dosen't matter.
baseless, since he failed to prove it. Kaguya was immortal. She couldn't die she had to be sealed. Madara claimed immortality. Failed to prove it, and died.
Reincarnation involves death. Death means you're not immortal.

He says he can do it because he can do it. I guess Minato doesn't have Rasen shouku whatever because he never showed it. I guess Kakashi never used 1000 jutsu because he never showed them. Naruto wouldn't have onmyoudon because he never showed it, I mean Obito had the black balls and he didn't use it at first right? Since Naruto never proved he could do it, he can't.
Just because they didn't show it doesn't mean they don't have it man.
Reincarnation was an option of his, he separated it from being immortal.

The only one that will age very slowly is Naruto because Uzumaki Clan is known as the Clan of longevity. Sasuke in 80 years will be like Madara was old and feeble like everybody else.

So, if Sakura uses that technique she would shorten her lifespan. She did use it, against Kaguya didn't she - when she was impaled?
If the cell division is limited - then I don't see how she can evade old age and attain immortality either.

Sakura won't be alive forever, she'll just be younger looking for the entire time she lives, who knows how long she will live though, using Byakugo kills or cells or something which makes her life span shorter.
Even though Sasuke said Immortality is in his hands, we don't know exactly how he can achieve immortality, because if it has something to do with indra bullcrap, pretty sure Naruto would be immortal too.

He speculated that he can do it due to having sharingan and Rinnegan. Him speculating about immortality is the same as me speculating about bsm minato since Minato has bm and sm.
