Why must you compare everything to Naruto

This is the first time i've ever compared anything to Naruto. At least from what I can remember.

He started out unlike any of them, then he started acting like Sasuke.

I'd agree.

Kaneki is his own character. He's nothing like either of them.

He thinks power is the only way to achieve his goals.
He has a power that can affect his personality, and seemingly grow from it (seemingly).
He left his friends for power.
He hates being weak.
He's quiet and keeps to himself (When he's with the Aogori at least.).
He can be overtaken by the power inside him.
He puts his friends above his own life.
He isn't afraid to kill to achieve his goal.
He doesn't think that he can gain power from being with his friends.
etc.

I'm not saying he's a carbon copy of either character, i''m saying he has similarities and I wanted to know who you all thought he had more resemblance to.

I 've literally only watched the first 3 episodes of season one 1 and every ep of season 2. From that I'll say Sasuke cause he ain't all happy go lucky like Naruto is.
