Final Fantasy XV

I started playing Final Fantasy Xii yesterday for my first Final Fantasy and I started looking at Final Fantasy XV game play. It looks really good and I was wondering if it would make sense if I just start playing that game as my next one.

Also, is it gonna be for PS3 and when is it coming out?

if you love FF then you can play any of it i personaly recoment FFX (my favorite), FF7, FF8 and FF7 CC, i think FFXV is going to be PS4 (reason to buy this console)

The game is for PS4 and Xbox One. Its possible they will make it for PC(like with FF13, FF14 and FF3 remake). You can play main series FF games in any order. The stories and gameplay differ in each one so no need for order.

Only FF game i've ever played was FFXIV Realm Reborn and FFVII

FFXV is most likely going to be next-gen only.

I can't see how it could run on the old consoles without it ending up as a bad port.

It's Solely For Next Gen Consoles...Obviously Seven Gen Consoles Can't Handle Such Amazing Graphics.
FF Is One Of The Best Series If You Have Patience To Play JRPG Games...
Make Sure To Play FFVII Or It's Remake (When It Comes)

It's nostalgia. FF VII was a bunch of overrated shit. Horrible characters.

I have been called a hipster before, but the FFVII craze is much more than just nostalgia feels. It was one of the first RPGs to really hit mainstream audiences. It had a really big story (though at times convoluted), good characters, incredible music, and good side-quests. I don't consider it to be the best though. Personally I prefer FFVIII and FF Tactics.

I actually just watched the trailer for FFXV. It looks like Sasuke is the main character. The trailer was really just four dudes driving in car. I'm sure it'll be more involved than that, but wasn't the most eventful trailer. It looked like it was pulling out the "evil empire" story card...That's pretty original. I don't think any other Final fantasies have done that except, FFII, FFIV, FFVI, FFVII (Shinra was an empire, right?), FFXII, maybe some others (I never played FFXIII). I actually thought FFX had the most original storyline, with FFVIII a close second.

In FFXIII Lightning & Company Fought Against Their Fate & Challenged Demi-God Beings In The End of The Saga Lightning Defeated Their World's GOD & Saved Humanity.

I played FFXIII for about 30 minutes. There is a JonTron video called Final Hallway XIII, which I thought encapsulated my initial opinion. I never finished it though because I don't have a PS3 (I was at a friends). FFX had the fighting demi-god like story, first fighting Sin (nice little metaphor) and then Yunalesca, who was basically a demigod. FFVI had Kefka too who became a demigod.

Damn, I didn't play that one yet. Where does it stand compared with the other 2 ? Many people say it sucks but I somewhat doubt that as they were saying the same about XIII and XIII-2 and I ended up enjoying the hell out of them. :yeah:
