I theorize that Uryu is something like "B" for blindspot

But Ichigo? Possibilities:

"W" for "Will". Orihime said during the Grimmjow fight that Ichigo determines something internally and then says it out loud to make it real. I wonder...

"E" for "Embodiment". Ichigo seems to become what he experiences. A Shinigami that can use Bankai, a High-level Hollow, a Quincy capable of using bleut vein, a fullbring master. All very quickly.

"M" for "Manifest". A combination of the above two.

"Z" for "Zenith". Able to ascend beyond the reach of the "A"

Any thoughts?

That's my thought. Actually no, Sternritters as others mentioned gains those designations by drinking Yhwach's blood during the ritual. Then those letters are sealed on the users unless he wants to take them back.

Edit: Uryu's is "A" and this thread along with other comments tells me you didn't keep up with Bleach. Just saying.

Edit 2: Jugram is already "Sternritter B." Why I remember all these is beyond me. Probably because I'm a Quincy fanboy or something. :|
