In the movie, it's still the Regular Frieza. The catch is that it only took him 4 months of training to surpass Whis and Beerus. So what if he trained for half the ammount, would he be stronger than Gohan and SS3 Goku?

Only 4 months? How is that even possible? He was so far behind and it's not like he's a Saiyan. What kind of Steroids was he on?!

We can't possibly debate this, since the movie isn't even out yet and frieza has no feats (from the movie) to properly use him in a debate, it would be based entirely upon mere speculations and assumptions. So the debate would be entirely without a credible basis.
