Oh not at all. My goal with this custom was to actually try to get it as close to DBZish as possible. So I'm try to focus Lightning and Wind elements with Tai to make him essentially like the show. On top of that I want to try to get either a CM or SM and upon getting that, change my appearance as well.

Still considering that. If I go with the CM, I'd want a summon that is similar to something in DBZ like turtle for "Kame" or possibly some sort of Dragon summon. If not and I go with a SM, it's either Snake or Toad and I just gotta think which one would suit my character better.

Nope. Until he drops it, he will forever be the owner. I had to wait for the guy who has Castiel before me to drop him, before I could claim ownership of the bio. So, unless Mugen drops Gogeta, he is still the owner.
