Now Orochimaru has to live knowing that his dream has been taken by Sasuke. The Sharingan and the Rinnegan allowing him to use any jutsu he sees and the Immortality granted by his Rinnegan.

Rinnegan allows you to use any jutsu and the hax Sharingan allows you to copy any jutsu with near perfect accuracy, that's pretty OP.
