So the Heart Pirates are my favorite Pirate Crew as they're very niche and unique (e.g. using a submarine etc.), but what's been bugging me is the fact there are very few powerful members - unlike their allies the Strawhats whom can all fend for themselves
Laws current crew consists of:
And that's it. That's the crew. It's lacking in members powerful enough to survive the New World and I believe the only reason they had survived thus far is the fact Law became a Shichibukai and quickly fell into allegiance with the Marines and World Government, HOWEVER: Law has since been removed from the Shichibukai because of his actions against a World Noble and fellow Shichibukai: Donquixote Doflamingo.
So basically, they're now f*cked. Unless Law does something about it and recruit a few more members into his crew. And he most probably knows this too.
Now what makes the Dressrosa arc so convenient is that the Donquixote Pirates already know Law and could quite easily fit into his crew. This may sound completely ridiculous but hear me out: Bellamy, Senor Pink and Buffalo will join the Heart Pirates.
The Tattoos:
So we know for a fact that the Heart Pirates have tattoos, and interestingly Laws tattoo is an expansion and addition to the Donquixote Pirates Tattoo.
Not all members have a clearly visible tattoo and therefore it's possible that Oda is outlining or foreshadowing who may be eligible to join the Heart Pirates. These members are: Bellamy, Machvise and Buffalo.(Although Machvise hasn't been expanded upon and therefore it's easy to neglect him from this theory as of now, while Senor Pink seems far more Heart-Pirate worthy)
Senor Pink:
So I'd like to tackle the hardest part of the theory first: Senor Pink will join the Heart Pirates - even though he has no highly visible tattoo.
Senor and Franky are now friends, as we learnt when Franky offered to listen to Senor's sad story at a bar sometime in the future:
And based on his flashback he isn't actually a bad guy: he's a caring father and husband whom to this day is shaken to the core by his sons death, this is why he wears the bonnet of Gimlet's. This gives him a far more human quality than most of the other Donquixote Pirates who seem to be a bunch of power crazed megalomaniacs.
A question I will raise is : Will Franky and Senor ever have the chance to talk things over if they aren't in two allied camps? I doubt it. And since they're a similar age and so hard boiled; they're complete palinodes to each other! This makes him a very likely contender for a future place among the Heart Pirates. And even moreso because he's friends with Law already.
Bellamy:
Unlike Pink, I believe Bellamy is eligible for another reason, his tattoo which I've already shown in the pictures above. We know that he has suddenly come to the realization that he's been following the wrong person the entire time, and therefore we know he will search for a new leader to follow, and it won't be Luffy.
It may be very far fetched, but this won't be Bellamy's last battle like he claims. He's on the verge of death, and what better way to beat Doflamingo than switch Bellamy and Doflamingo's body? What I'm trying to say is Bellamy will live on, this is off topic though.
Bellamy needs a new leader and has the tattoo, and who would be best for him? Law. For the simple reason that their brutality matches, and they've found a common enemy. In One Piece the common enemy brings people together. Proof of this is when the Strawhats recruit anybody, a member initially declines an offer and later accepts on the basis that they fought together as comrades because of their mutual hatred to a single group or figure.
He won't join the Strawhats for a few reasons: other than Luffy they all want him dead. It wouldn't be a popular choice on Oda's behalf. However, the drama of having him as an ally would be very extensive and comedic, and he would become a valuable asset to the Heart Pirates.
Buffalo:
Like Bellamy he has the huge Donquixote Tattoo in a very visible area: his teeth.
He's a childhood friend of Laws as well and most probably will find their friendship once again, as friendship and comradeship is a consistent and continuous theme in One Piece.
He will also have nowhere to go or nobody to follow once Doflamingo and his leading executives are dealt with, and again; Law looks like the obvious choice.
Other possibilities that Oda has yet to expand upon:
-Machvise
-Caesar Clown
