As a pirate? Starting beef with Big Mam, actions at Enies Lobby/MF/ID & forming an alliance with Law. I'm sure you meant strength-wise so that would probably be him using elephant gatling on Noah and almost destroying it.

Greatest strength feat I would say is him almost destroying Noah or when he got poison by Magellan the way he survived it cuz of his strong will to live.

Reputation wise: Declaring war on the World Government and storming Enie's Lobby, breaking into and out of Impel Down, defeating a Shichibukai, punching a Tenryuubito, and surviving Marineford.

Power wise: Defeating a Shichibukai, lifting that gold ball weighing several tons, knocking down those two buildings during the Aqua Laguna with no leverage, almost destroying the Noah, blasting off Pica's head.
