Who's the "Strongest genjustu user"?

I read that in the new shikamaru novel description, that he will fight against the strongest genjustu user, and most of the uchiha are dead, except Sasuke and i doubt he's gonna fight him, so do you think their will be some type of edo tensei and someone summoned and uchiha or something?

Itachi by far,anyone should know that his tsukuyomi not only is the fastest genjutsu casted ever , it can actually mind rape you in only 2 or 3 seconds which are 3 or 2 days at least in the tskuyomi world

tskuyomi is by far the most deadly genjustu

The novels aren't canon, they are written by different authors and are more of a supplement to the Naruto franchise. I believe the genjutsu user was said to be the leader of some obscure, previously unnamed village; I doubt Edo Tensei has anything to do with it.

Just because kishi doesn't write it, that doesn't mean its not canon, he could be telling the guy stuff to put in, because he's used to doing manga and not writing novels

Also, we know little to nothing about shinobi from the village hidden in the grass...and what of shinobi from the Land of Demons?!...there are many possibilities for villains from all the far away lands and villages we know nothing about...have you seen the full Naruto world map?! There are many other lands briefly mentioned or not mentioned at all, some with there own villages.

I see, it could be anybody in that case. It also doesn't specify what kind of genjutsu. It could be very well sound genjutsu, or whatever...
