Susanoo, Giant Chidori, Chibaku tensei all of these require rikudou level chakra. Naruto doesn't have that kind of power without his RSM which stems from Kurama.

Well that's sorta different because their powers are summoned differently. If Naruto was like Ashura in which his power was born from Senjutsu alone to create Avatar's, etc.. it would be his own power, but Naruto has to draw from Kurama. I don't really think that makes his chakra any lower than Sasuke's considering the fact that Naruto always had the larger Stamina/chakra pool due to his genetics. I mean Itachi who was also portrayed as a low chakra/stamina Uchiha, could summon up to V3 Susano'o in his weakest state. So I WOULD assume it's not a difficult task, right? Plus after meeting the Sage both Naruto/Sasuke received giant power ups, so I'm not surprised that Sasuke can use Chibaku Tensei, etc

I see Sasuke more in the quality, and potency form of chakra as most Uchiha's are. Naruto in base always had a gigantic chakra pool.

That's how uchiha's and senjus were meant to be equal anyway, the uchihas had more quality chakra and the senju had more quantity. Lets take two chakra bars, one jutsu equals one bar, so the average person uses two jutsus, two bars gone. Uchiha's have more quality chakra so they only have to use half a bar but are still at two bars while the senju are more quantity and have four bars. Both senju and uchiha can use four chakra bars and even out. In uchiha's case 4x1/2=2 chakra bars and for senju 4x1=4 chakra bars. In the end uchiha's used four techs and senjus used four techs, that's how they even our but people forget the essence of quality and quantity and how they even out.

Naruto has more Yang energy while Sasuke has more Yin. So Naruto has more stamina while Sasuke has more control, they're actually equal in base.

Curse Mark + Sharingan

Sharingan doesn't give you chakra.
Curse mark gives you natural energy, which puts you in a state that you're not in Base.
