I don't even think Kakashi could beat Konan with a 3 Tomoe let alone no Sharingan. Kakashi can't even use Raikiri without his Sharing an so he gets sort of stomped here.

Kakashi can dodge most of her attacks, but he doesn't have too many ways to hurt her nor does he have the stamina to outlast or the durability to tank anything she does. Lightning clone traps are useless as Konan is a distanced based fighter.
