I like the Nagato before the Tnj as well.

Even if Nagato didn't get owned by a book, i would have still picked Pain. He was one of the better villains in Naruto...

I know. I know. But even so they have two distinct designs, two distinct ways of using Rinnegan techs and two distinct personalities (before and after his trauma with Yahiko's death). You can compare if you like more Part 1 Sasuke or Rinnegan Sasuke because the fact that they are the same character doesn't change how different one is from the other. It's simply choosing wich version of a character you like the most...

Edit: Didn't know about the voice actor tidbit. Awesome Lol That's why I liked Tobirama when he was ressurected them.

Pain.I still remember the god like music they gave when they showed Deva Path with Rinnegan and he looked the best with it.Nagato after Tnj became a fanboy so he lost the cool aspect of him
