There's no such thing as a "restricted rinnegan Obito." Obito had one rinnegan. You need both to use its true power. Therefore, it's fairly obvious that the reason why he hasn't use deva, preta, or asura path is simply because he can't. He only has animal path, human path, and possibly the hell path with his one rinnegan.

Actually Obito can use Preta path. He sucked Chakra off Madara. Though I agree he can't use Deva Path nor Asura Path.

Agreed. Personally I think Doritos was too weak/not a god tier like Hashi and Madz to have used Rinnegan to its fullest extent. Too many possible reasons.
