Hashirama, Gai, Kabuto, Madara, Nagato maybe...honestly 9 biijuu arent that strong compared to top tiers, pretty sure gamabunta solo'd shukaku in part 1. Minato took down 100% kurama and th 3rd raikage took down the hachibi.

-Kabuto's best edos are Nagato and Madara, and they stand no chance against the might of all 9 Bijuu.

-Bunta was getting slapped around by Shukaku using only Wind Bullets. Only reason he lived to see another day is because they woke Gaara up.

-Minato died to seal half of Kurama away.

-3rd Raikage stalemated with the Hachibi.

-Nagato couldn't even contain KN8. He's not taking out Full Kurama alone let alone all 9 Bijuu.

-CST could one shot several bijuu like Limbo did then Gedo Mazou is summoned to round 'em up (if Nagato can summon GM as an edo).

-Hotei no jutsu grabs and restrains bijuu then slams myojinmon gates down on them...or he sucks them dry of chakra with wood dragons and puts them to sleep with Flower Tree World. Mokuton gives Madara tons of openings, then he chops the bijuu in half with PS or crushes them with meteors.

-Deidara can use C0 to nuke a bijuu or two

-Lord Muu can probably take out a bijuu with jinton

-Third Raikage can probably take out a bijuu since he went head to head with the Hachibi

-Itachi or Madara can put bijuu under genjutsu and control them to fight against the other tailed beasts

How do the bijuus get rid of amaterasu flames? If they cut off their limbs sasuke could perfectly spam it again.

Sasuke on his hawk/snake is certainly mobile enough to dodge most of the attacks, and by the time all the bijuus get to him they will have been engulfed in amaterasu and begun to suffer.

1. Madara couldn't summon the Mazo, so Nagato most likely can't.

2. CST would do less damage the more it spread out since it needs to be widespread to hit multiple targets, and Kurama would probably shrug it off.

Lol. Madara hasn't been implied to know Hotei, definitely doesn't know Myojinmon as it's not Mokuton, Mokuryu get fodderized by Bijuu Dama, same goes for Flower Tree World. Without his openings, they charge up a giant Bijuu Dama with Kurama fending PS off, and then Madara is nuked to hell.
